In celebration of arthritis month, San Luis Sports Therapy and Athlon Health & Fitness will be hosting a Movement for Life Arthritis Fair on Saturday, May 6th from 8:30-11:30am at the Ludwick Community Center in San Luis Obispo. FREE health and wellness screenings will be available, compliments of the Active Aging Taskforce.

In an on going effort to promote better health and wellness in our community, we will be holding FREE lectures throughout the county to educate arthritis suffers on the latest treatments that will help them to manage pain, be healthy and feel great.
