• $40 ($25 for students)
  
  
• Athletes under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  
  
• Exams performed by a certified athletic trainer (ATC) with over 18 years of experience in the prevention, emergency care, evaluation & rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
  
  
• Screen & injury management recommendations provided.
  
  
• On-going treatment performed with physician prescription.
